• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payments

For Property Owners

• No upfront fee is charged for listing
• Service fee is charged only after successful tenant placement
• Pricing may vary depending on service (e.g., coworking seats, cabins, rental placement)

For Tenants

• A one-time onboarding/service fee may be charged after successful property match

Additional Services

• Optional tenant management services may be charged on a monthly basis
• Interior services may involve third-party partners and separate charges

5. Role of InstaSpaces

InstaSpaces acts as an intermediary platform and:

• Does not own, lease, or control listed properties
• Does not guarantee rental income or occupancy timelines
• Does not guarantee tenant behavior or property condition

Final agreements are made directly between property owner and tenant.

6. Property and Tenant Approval

• Property owners have the final right to approve or reject tenants
• Tenants must verify property details before finalizing

InstaSpaces is not responsible for disputes arising after agreement.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Service fees once paid after successful placement are non-refundable
• Any disputes must be resolved between the involved parties

8. Limitation of Liability

InstaSpaces is not liable for:

• Loss of rental income
• Tenant disputes or damages
• Delays in tenant placement
• Any indirect or incidental losses

9. Third-Party Services

Interior work or other services may be provided through third-party partners. InstaSpaces is not responsible for their performance or agreements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform if:

• False information is provided
• Terms are violated
• Misuse of services is detected

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law
