3. Booking Amount & Data Usage

When a user books a property through InstaSpaces:

• A booking amount is collected to reserve the property

• The booking amount is non-refundable

• The booking remains valid for 48 hours, during which the user must visit and finalize the property

Settlement of Booking Amount

• If finalized, the booking amount is adjusted in the first month’s rent and one-month security deposit

• If the user chooses another property via InstaSpaces within the validity period, the booking amount may be adjusted accordingly

Booking-related data is securely stored and used only for transaction and service fulfillment purposes.

We may share limited information only when necessary:

• With property owners (relevant tenant details only)

• With tenants (relevant property details only)

• With service providers supporting operations (payment gateways, CRM tools)
