Welcome to InstaSpaces. By accessing or using our website, services, or booking any property through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About InstaSpaces

InstaSpaces is a managed renting platform that connects tenants with verified property owners and assists in property listing, tenant coordination, documentation facilitation, and ongoing rental support. InstaSpaces is not a property owner and does not act as a broker.

2. Eligibility to Use Services

By using InstaSpaces, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are legally capable of entering into agreements

• All information provided by you is accurate and complete

3. Property Listings & Information

• All properties listed on InstaSpaces are onboarded based on information provided by property owners.

• Photos, videos, rent, and property details are shared for reference and transparency.

• InstaSpaces does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any property.

4. Booking Amount & Validity

• To block a property, users may be required to pay a booking amount.

• The booking amount is non-refundable.

• The booking amount is valid for 48 hours only from the time of payment.

• Within this period, the user must visit the property and finalize the rental.

Adjustment of Booking Amount

• If the user finalizes the same property, the booking amount may be adjusted against rent or security deposit, as applicable.

• If the user chooses another property through InstaSpaces within the validity period, the booking amount may be adjusted accordingly.

• If no property is finalized within 48 hours, the booking amount shall lapse.

5. Rent, Deposit & Lock-in

• Rent, security deposit, and lock-in period are property-specific and communicated before confirmation.

• Typically, 1 month security deposit and a minimum lock-in period may apply.

• Electricity, maintenance, and other utilities are charged separately unless specified otherwise.

6. Agreements

• A formal rental agreement will be executed between the property owner and the tenant.

• InstaSpaces may assist in coordination and documentation but is not a party to the rental agreement unless explicitly stated.

7. Use of Platform

Users agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or provide false information

• Not to bypass the platform after being introduced to a property or owner

• Not to use InstaSpaces for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

8. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

• InstaSpaces facilitates renting and provides management support but does not guarantee tenant behavior or owner actions.

• InstaSpaces is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Personal disputes between tenant and owner

  • Loss or damage caused due to misuse of the property

9. Property Visits & Inspections

• Property visits are scheduled based on availability.

• InstaSpaces may conduct periodic inspections as part of its management process to ensure property condition and compliance.

10. Termination of Services

• InstaSpaces reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms is found.

• Existing agreements between tenant and owner will remain governed by their respective terms.

11. Changes to Terms

InstaSpaces may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts.
